Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Egyptian law.

4. Product Availability

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are stated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, promotions, or product availability at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and accepted by Sammen, except where required by law or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers or other payment methods made available on the website.

Sammen does not store complete payment card details where payment is processed through a third-party payment provider.

6. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, operational circumstances, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including name, phone number, address, and any relevant delivery instructions.

Sammen shall not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Where a delivery attempt fails because of information or circumstances attributable to the customer, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by law and communicated to the customer.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Defective Products

Returns and exchanges are governed by Sammen’s separate Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Sammen’s policies shall always be applied subject to the mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

Nothing in our Returns & Exchanges Policy or these Terms is intended to restrict, waive, or remove any statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

For defective products, Sammen will handle the matter in accordance with applicable Egyptian law and the circumstances of the defect.

9. Manufacturing Defects

If a customer believes that a product has a manufacturing defect, the customer should contact Sammen Customer Service and provide the order details and reasonable information or photographs necessary to assess the issue.

Sammen may inspect the product to determine whether the issue constitutes a manufacturing defect.

Where a manufacturing defect is established, Sammen will provide the remedy required under applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.

Damage caused by misuse, improper washing or care, accidents, alterations, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product care instructions may not be considered a manufacturing defect, subject always to applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Sammen website, including but not limited to the Sammen name and logo; brand identity; product designs; clothing designs and artwork; photographs and videos; graphics and illustrations; website design; written content; product descriptions; and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Sammen and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the website or its content may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, distributed, displayed, sold, or commercially exploited without Sammen’s prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

Unauthorized use of Sammen’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

These Terms, together with Sammen’s Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, constitute the terms governing the customer’s use of the Sammen website and purchases made through it, subject to any mandatory rights and obligations imposed by applicable Egyptian law.
